- Chairperson / Vice-chairperson
- Election : One chairperson and one vice-chairperson are elected among members by secret ballot in the general meeting.(Term of office 2years)
- Rights of chairperson : Council representative authority, agenda governing authority, Order maintenance authority, affairs supervising authority, etc.
- Vice-chairperson acting as chairperson : The vice-chairperson shall act as a chairperson in case of an accident(absence) of the chairperson.
- Temporary chairperson : A temporary chairperson is elected by direction of an extension member and acts as a chairperson in case of an accident (absence) of both a chairperson and a vice-chairperson.
- General Meeting
- General Meeting : The meeting is a board of all the representatives and the organization to finalize the resolution.
- Held : It is held by the attention of one third of the registered members
- Determination : the general agendum are determined by majority attendance and majority consent (Except for special agendum)
- Committee
- Committee : The function of preliminary review before the final review
